after weeks of working hard, I realized it was time for a break. Luckily I had a friend who wanted to accompany me to the beach and off to a spa resort. Though we did work too, we played in the sun, and it was alright. I'm a little sundrenched at the moment. I usually use a chemical free, non nano sunscreen, but lately my body has just been responding really well to full exposure. I limit the timing, and so do the clouds. i'll admit, in this instant, I'm a little sunburnt and going through a bit of a detox.
